50 years of demolition, fear and camps
homes kidnapped without a sound
families shot dead
blood washed away with bleach
50 years of anger kept in
and thinking of things i could of done at the moment
sleeping on sand
using noisy metal sheets for shelter
Every rain drop tells a story
dropping from the bright blue sky
into mud
forming puddles of misery from my own story
work is limited
wars have begun and never ended
my daughter is crying for a real toy
my heart crumbles in deception
brought her to this world for what?
to live life as a refugee envying the people with brick walls
my water is green and yellow
my food is rock hard
my brother is in prison
and my father is dead
my sister is in depression
and my mom smiles with hope
now they built a wall
separating me from my sister
a life i lived is over
and my mom is crying
what am i to do now?
break the wall with my fists
or weaken it with the acidity of my tears
i have no money/food or water
tell me is this just?
stranger walking in and kicking me out from the house my grandfather built
raised my father
and the place i was born in
why ?
Hitler killed them not us
and because he killed them , they do the SAME?
no human being could wish for another to lose a life or a family member like they did
it is just too much pain for a human being to handle
our brains and hearts malfunction if we are weak
how could they live with themselves
and raise happy children with blood on their hands
or constantly lie or hide the pain they have caused?
i don’t deny a human beings right for a home
or to live happily and have a family
neighbors and a community
but why does it have to be like this?
in this manner?
can anybody answer this question
without saying "hate", "damn","fu**ing", "racist", or even "stupid"?
i didn’t think so
u cant blame it on religion because God never wanted war or hatred between his creations
I want to love all
but i cant
please take away that reason and allow me to love all
but u wont
way too much to lose
money , land and fearful respect
for once just use your heart and senses
look at what you have done and caused
not just here , but all over the world
every color, every area and every faith
if the rulers aren’t allowing us.. TAKE THEM OUT!
and then u can love all
one should not kill millions by a few words
where are our brains and logic

it sure makes sense Haytham…so true every word you say…
yet with all that…people are trying to see their way through…holding on to a beautiful day, if tomorrow is still there..
and all we can do is pray, hope and dream…
that the visions we’re making aren’t too wild…as we’re painting tomorrow's theme…through the innocent eyes of a child..
Haytham…you know it...and your message is straight forward…keep writing and open those shut eyes of the ignorant side of the world…
that was beautifuly said ya Zina, I know the anger boiling inside me, for in my heart....its not us and them its what are we doing to ourselves, and what are we allowing this world to come to. Genocide after genocide, pain after pain, its a wonder we don't walk about this world with the scars we have allowed ourselves to be sheathed... because when we recount every single thing we do to others it is to our own soul we we are doing it...so as Zina said I will pray that the state of humanity comes back to us, and that in the end we remember that God is the best of the Protectors.
